I know I have been absent in the last couple of weeks but the reason for that was because I was stuck in this adorable house in bavaria in the middle of nowhere. I was bored stuck here in England and decided to get some family together and spend the week together.
I arrived exhausted, my flight had been cancelled and therefore I missed my transfer flight which meant I was put in the Sheraton for a night. In addition it was unbelievably hot so on Wednesday afternoon I arrived all sweaty with suitcase in hand. My little cousin and I spent the afternoon exploring the little town of Erlangen.
The first thing we did was to treat ourselves to some frozen yoghurt (one of my favourite treats).
We then wandered through the little town.
It had a beautiful little garden called the 'Schloss Garten' and we took a little stroll through it.
I am wearing a casual summer look, with my toms and an accessorize dress. Admittedly I have never bought much from accessorize but I saw the dress on my journey at the airport and it caught my eye and I decided I needed (or maybe just wanted) another casual dress.
The flowers were also beautiful and so colourful.
The gardens were surrounded by adorable little cafes.
It was a beautiful first day and the town was very picturesque. We returned home to chickens running around on the grass.
